I bought this laptop back in March 2012. So why the heck I'm still trying to write the review. Well for me this is not only my first gaming laptop, this is also my first MSI product. I have to say this laptop change the way I think about MSI. For so many years MSI is trying to cut into PC world but until now they finally found a way.
So, I'm using it for more than 9 months now. It's about time to give a short review.
Pros:
- Programmable backlit keyboard.
- Able to upgrade, for example I changed one of the HD into SSD for a faster speed.
- Able to run pretty much all the current market games with the highest settings.
- Really good quality speakers
Cons
- Big and heavy ( Just keep it on your desk )
- Ctl + ZXC keys on the keyboard sta not working well ( MSI already fix it for the newer models )
- Laptop gets a bit loud when you crank up the speed during hardcore gaming.
Sums up
Overall I'm very happy with this laptop. It runs very smooth when playing games and even allows me to do some 3D modeling and rendering. For the past 9 months I don't have any problem with it, so far it's a solid build machine.
